The entertainment division of Microsoft is very popular and highly anticipated and publicized their video game Halo 3 set a sales record the first day with a collection 170 million dollars. The previous record was set by Halo 2 in 2004 to $ 125 million in the first 24 hours. Microsoft was expecting Halo 3 to make 150 million dollars on 25 September 2007, the day he was released. But this figure was reached and exceeded ambitious for the happiness of the people of Microsoft and Bungie Studios, company owned by his animation studio.

When Nintendo Wii was launched a year ago, offered a new technology that comes with the Wii Remote. It call the function of motion sensitive and allows one to be there at the game interact with the 3D characters and special effects. That revolutionized the way people play games video.
Wii also sold for less than the Xbox 360 console to $ 250 versus 500. This has made Nintendo Wii video game consoles more attractive the Xbox 360 for middle-class parents whose funds for Christmas gifts this year can be a bit low.
Nintendo Wii and Sony's Playstation 3 have both been in the top of the video game market for the past year. Suddenly, Xbox 360 was no longer the number 1 selling game consoles and the Halo videogame franchise was no longer the best in the world of videogames. A few years ago Microsoft and Bungie Studios has hired a talented group of programmers and 3D animation artists that was big enough to fill a high school auditorium. These people were the cream of the crop in the business of making video games. They worked very hard for over 3 years in the production of Halo 3, with a total cost of about 50 million dollars. The result is an action game in first person with sound and graphics that are a feast for the eyes and ears and a story that is rather engage with several twists and turns.
Halo Nation has shown in all its strength in retail stores to buy Halo 3. There is also a for the next big online game version of the Halo franchise. Microsoft has reported that more than 1 million online players fought in the first 24 hours Xbox Live playing Halo 3. This version of the game pits the members in line against each in a death struggle.
Now they are dancing in their offices corporate new Microsoft and Bungie Studios. His video game Halo 3 makes $ 170 million in the first day on the market and are planning to make over 560 billion in general.
