Your boss / superior may call a meeting at any time. At the meeting, the boss of you may say about its plans or projects. I personally think that if you agree or disagree with him, you still need to save for your own reasons.
If you agree on this issue, then tell them why you agree with him. However, if you do not agree on what he said earlier, then you need to know your reasons and try to prove that you 're right. After that, if your boss insists on implementing the plan according to his ideas, then you have no choice but to accept it. You must obey its instructions even if your opinion is not aligned with him. Do not go against or protest too much, because it is always your boss anyway. He said the reasons behind when you agree or disagree with him is important because it shows that you have your own opinions, you are able to predict potential outcomes and always obey his orders at the same time. Therefore, your boss will think you are reliable and trustworthy person. You will earn respect from him.
On the other hand, if you provide only a yes answer to your supervisor and follow all instructions, then you might think that you follow the instructions blindly without considering the consequences. Thus, you might not be able to outperform your employment.
