Using the Wii to surf the Internet?
I have my Wii connected now through my wireless router. The survey work and all that, my aunt told me she was able to get online with the Wii and view web pages like this one. Anybody know how?
Yes you can, first go into the Wii Shop Channel on the Wii Menu (You need to be connected to the Internet to do this). Once connected, you click Start Shopping WiiWare section You'll see the discharge channel (Channel Internet) costs 500 Wii Points ($ 1 equals 100 Wii Points, Wii Points can add credit card or a Wii Points card, seal video game stores) Once you buy the Wii Points and is downloaded and displayed automatically i your Wii Menu. Then click on it, then Click Start, start the connection and if you have a broadband connection that connects quickly, once connected, simply enter the address of the page you want to visit and click OK and there you are!
