Walmart Video Game Exchange W / scratches?
I have Modern Warfare 2 last night, coming home, I open my copy, put it in the disc tray and get "Unreadable errors. Remove scratchs see the entire disk. Will Walmart change the disc or am I screwed? Yes I have a receipt.:) Nah my disc isn't scratched Xbox I do not think, if this is the only one scratching. But it is strange that a disc come pre-scratched.
You are not screwed. Even if you do not have the receipt. (But is easier if you do.) Take your broken record with the customer service counter. Submit receipt if applicable. You will need a photo ID if you do not have your receipt. If you have your receipt, I said it was defective and replace it with a disc of the same title. But only that, you can not receive credit open shop refunds digital media. By the way, if your Xbox is scratching the discs, you need to be repaired (if you do not accidentally move or knock over a disc while was inserted.) Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX or go to xbox.com to establish a free repair if purchased in the last three years.
