Will I lose weight if I do exactly that?
Ok this is my meal plan for two months (if it works will follow later), breakfast: apple and life cinnimon plate lunch: half a small snack size bag of baked chips (1 gram of fat) and a salad with tomato, lettuce home, Italian dressing and oyster crackers Dinner: small bowl of soup (fat-free broth, water mixed with salt) and a small salad on the Wii Fit exercise an hour?
Probably, but it sounds very unhealthy, especially as it will for a long period of time. You would be better to stick to a diet low in calories full of complex carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, etc. porridge, fruits, vegetables and Protien while doing your exercise regimen. You'll be less hungry and I suspect much happier in the long run because it can make people very cross, if they have the right amount of nutrients. Good luck with everything: o)
